RRGP Services, Inc. has provided both public and private sector clients with quality products and services since 2004.

RRGP Services, Inc. is a SBA Certified woman-owned, small disadvantaged, 8(a), with particular skills in assembling and managing teams of highly skilled individuals to provide government and private sector customers expertise in such major areas as information technology and assurance, program management and logistics.

Our customers include both commercial and government customers, such as the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. Our products and services are backed by our commitment to excellence and our customer first philosophy.


Glenda Anzualda – President

Founder and visionary, Ms. Anzualda has led the development of RRGP from inception, In 2004 Ms. Anzualda established RRGP to provide a host of specialized support services for commercial industry and the federal government. With an initial concentration in Information Technology Help Desk services and transactional Audio-Video integration projects, Ms. Anzualda has led RRGP through significant growth phases and an acquisition to include Professional Services, Logistical Services and Development and Maintenance Programs.

Ms. Anzualda brings a strong background to the management of technology programs, such as AV/VTC, multimedia technical projects and AV/VTC help-desk. Prior to founding RRGP, Ms. Anzualda served as the primary administrative oversight for an Information Technology and Audio Visual firm.

Now, serving as President of RRGP, she has provided direct oversight to multi-million dollar programs for the federal government. Under her guidance, RRGP has been an active member in the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. As a graduate of the SBDC “Building Business Excellence Program”, Ms. Anzualda has been a staunch supporter of business development for minority and women-owned enterprises.

Ms. Anzualda and RRGP have also been recognized as a Finalist for the Compass Bank Latina Business Excellence Award.


Paul Mann – Chief Executive Officer

Paul Mann earned a BA from Southwest Texas State. He brings nearly five (5) years of Information Technology (IT) management experience in an Executive capacity for IT programs. Utilizing nearly sixteen (16) years of IT management/consulting experience managing nearly $35 million of IT programs, Mr. Mann has implemented effective IT programs for the commercial sectors, such as Fortune 500 companies, down through micro-small businesses. Furthermore, Mr. Mann has led organizations that manage multi-million dollar Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

Over his illustrious sixteen (16) year career, he has performed various positional duties such as IT Sales Manager, IT Project Manager and IT Manager. Mr. Mann is responsible for Business Development, Customer Relations along with managing strategic partnerships such as Microsoft, Dell, Hewlett Packard and TW Telecom to accomplish multi-tiered IT solutions to both the commercial and government sector. His expertise is with the planning, design and development and maintenance of all facets applicable to local and wide area networks from cradle-to-grave. His experience also includes assisting with the provision of customized IT solution to the government, such as Ft. Sam and Randolph AFB. Mr. Mann has had extensive training and experience in working with all aspects of Information Technology (IT). As part of his commitment to community, Mr. Mann currently serves on the board of “Small Business Development Council” at University of Texas at San Antonio. He also volunteers with the Humane Society of San Antonio.
